Casana Furniture is available only through authorized furniture retailers in Canada, the United States and abroad. We value the experience and service these retailers provide, and believe their purchasing assistance, delivery, set-up and customer service will ensure your highest satisfaction.

We invest in the best possible photography, but every computer and electronic device displays colors differently. We recommend you try to see the product in a retail store to determine if the color is right for you. You can also print a photo from this site; it may be more accurate than your monitor. Simply cut and paste the photo from our site into a Word, Pages, or PowerPoint file, enlarge it (by clicking on it and pulling a corner), and print it from a color printer.

The finishes and topcoats we use on our furniture are resistant to normal wear and tear, but even infrequently used furniture needs to be cleaned regularly to remove the dirt, dust and pollen that naturally settle onto surfaces in our homes.
Follow these simple procedures and precautions to keep your furniture looking great:
Avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight, near heat or open windows. Moisture can warp wood, and direct sunlight can discolor wood finishes.
Place furniture where it doesn’t have to be moved frequently, and be careful when moving it. To avoid damaging the legs, always lift furniture, rather than dragging it.
Wipe up spills right away. Wood and water simply aren’t good for each other.
Use coasters under drinks or other objects that can scratch. If eating or writing on furniture, place a pad over the wood surface.
Keep very hot objects, including hot mugs, plates and cigarettes away from furniture, or place them on a plate, thick pad or coaster.
Keep strong solvents, including alcohol, bleach and nail polish away from furniture.
Avoid placing rubber and plastic (or objects with rubber and plastic feet) directly on a wood surface; they can discolor the wood finish.
Dust furniture regularly using a soft, clean and slightly damp cloth. Dry completely. Always clean and wipe furniture in the direction of the wood’s grain.
Regularly vacuum furniture crevices with a soft vacuum brush.
Please also see our care instructions under the Care / Warranty tab for each product.
Many hardware and home improvement stores sell repair kits for touching up furniture. These crayons and markers are made in an assortment of common furniture colors, and are specifically made for furniture.
If you have a product concern after delivery, contact your retailer as soon as possible. Be sure to have your original bill of sale available.
Please do not call Casana Furniture directly about returns and exchanges. Each retailer sets their own return and exchange policies, and we will need to direct you back to them.
